Sara Chadwick

Vice President, Audience Development

Sara Chadwick, as Vice President of Audience Development at First Street, is responsible for paid media strategy development and execution on matters central to the Foundation; specifically sea level rise. In addition, she leads the Foundation’s media analytics efforts to ensure ad programs achieve the desired results.

Prior to joining First Street, Sara served as a Group Media Director at R/GA, a full-service global digital marketing agency. While there she directed campaigns that drove brand awareness and demand, customer acquisition and retention for McCormick, Fossil, Godiva and Johnson & Johnson, among others.

Before that she was a Senior Consultant for dunnhumby, a consultancy for retailers. Sara led engagements for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. Much of her work centered on digitally-based cross-channel programs aimed at improving customer relationship marketing performance.

She began her digital marketing career at R/GA managing projects, from website designs to online advertising to media activation, for SC Johnson, Johnson & Johnson, Avaya, Nokia and Pepsi. Her efforts on behalf of Pepsi’s “Dear Mr. President” campaign yielded several ad industry accolades.

She has a number of digital marketing certifications, including DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager and Google AdWords. In addition, Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media Arts & Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
